holiday fishing

i have not fished too much but enjoy holiday fishing
my mate has seen on a tv shopping channel an all in one rod and reel set
he says it looks lik everything is in a casssette
not a seperate rod and reel he also thinks john wilson used it on one of his shows
if anyone know where we can get hold them please let me know
