need information about a old daiwa rod !

daiwa - amorphous whisker match stick float special 13 sa awsm

it's an old one perhaps 10 years or less

did you use this rod before ?

all the information you have about it interest me ! (casting weight, hook, ...)

thanks a lot guys , I come from Belgium and it's very difficult to find information about rod fishing.

Sorry i dont have one but from what i have been told they are one of the best....Daiwa made a whole range of Amorphous rods and all are top notch....the stick float rod takes very low diameter line and ideal for silver fishing....sorry thats the best i can do on this

The rod is designed for Troting a sick float only so is designed to be used with a centre pin reel

it is not designed to be used for anything else so has no casting weigh
cleaned up with a thin coat of varnish applied using your finger tip and it should be good

Personally I wouldn't try to use it for anything bigger than Roach or Perch type of fish, I certainly wouldn't expect it to handle Carp bigger than 3lb but it would be good for Trout trotting a worm down an shallow stream
