yuo can get moulds from decent tackle shops
BUT
remember any real lead you use must weigh more than 2oz to be legal anything under that weight has to be a lead SUBSTITUTE

i looked in to that when i decided to start making my own.
iv got 2 1/2 and 3oz moulds for inline and swivel leads
so im ok there.

i might need to find a lead substitute for the swimfeeder weights though.

never seen a mould for a swimfeeder weight? it sounds pretty specialised so you'd probably need to have a mould made to your own specs

ill think you will find the rules say 2 ozs unless housed in a swim feeder so you may be able to make smaller weights for your feeders
