help with seat box.

i have a basic seat bos "polly box"

it has the adjustable legs on it

(sorry i havnt been fishing in years)

i went pole fishing first time in 5 years on saturday, and i forgot how heavey holding a pole out is.

is there any rests/advice you can give me? or pictures of how u use rests to help out a noob and save my arms and shoulders lol

i have one roller i use on the ground... may look at getting another one (make life easier).

there are hooks that fit Octoplus system legs that can help you hold the pole and there are Vee rollers for the front of you when shipping the pole out and resting it on whilst fishing

do a google search you'll find loads to help you
