Ugly Stick 4 piece travel rod

Hi all this is my first post so appoligies if im repeating an old subject

I am looking to Purchase a good quality rod to take with me on my travels and have been looking at the Ugly stick 4 piece travel rod and was wondering if any other member has any expierience of using this rod

I would also appreciate it if anyone could recommend a better alternative i am looking to do some spinning/float fishing but also want the rod to be robust enough to handle a fairly large fish
