angelsey fishes,very good,try the black wall in menei straight,had some nice bass,very big bass their now.use bubble float,or freeline live sandeel,gallows point bait/tackle shop in Beumaris very helpfull,for live sandeel/directions to the black wal.also try Newborough beech,for exellent sport for bass,big bass!this is a storm beech,some anglers state fish a good surf?ive had bass to 8lds low water,peeler crab for best results,king rag works ok.Buy the pocket guide sea fishing in Anglesey,book it has 21 places where to fish,how to get to the places,and species of fish,known to that arear,summer/winter.hope ive been of some help to your enquiry.regards davej.

Fishing is very quiet at present, there is however lots of whiting and the odd doggy but not much else at present, think it is due to the resident seal. Amlwch. Fishing very well at present with sizeable whiting and plenty of other things coming out aswel, few good sized coalie's and the odd codling, most of the Island has been slow on codling this year. :tup: :tup: :tup: :tup: |

hello there, im quite new in UK..so can u suggest me which part of wales is the best for surfcasting? i'm really a beginner in this fishing world..i'm intend to go to anglesey, but when i goole map it, it's a huge area..so where is the best spot around anlesey or Llundundo suit 4 me..
