Sea Fishing Hot Spots - Wales?

Can anyone out there tell me the best places to fish off the beaches/piers in North Wales and the North West of England, as I am not having much luck.

Holyhead breakwater.

Fishing is very quiet at present, there is however lots of whiting and the odd doggy but not much else at present, think it is due to the resident seal.

Amlwch.
Fishing very well at present with sizeable whiting and plenty of other things coming out aswel, few good sized coalie's and the odd codling, most of the Island has been slow on codling this year.

try the rocks at llandudno. leger with 4oz lead with helicopter rig with two rigs 1 hook with ragworm and the other with peeler crab. need strong line at least 20lbs as strong rip tide and very snaggy.use swivels.

Personally having fished Llandudno I wouldn't consider Surf casting -- the Pier is good for fishing but in places is so snaggy tha float is good BUT the end of he pier is fine to use a beach caster

Surf Casting would probably be best around The North West side of Anglesey
