Unhappy broken rod

i found a rod the other day on the beach, its not a very big one and i dont think it was expensive but i dont have a boat rod and it would have been fine for my local fishing area as there are only small fish. my older brother was looking at it earlier and he decided to see how much it would bend... it snapped in half. does anyone know how expensive it would be to get it repaired, how effective it would be and if it is worth it.cheers

ryan

btw i just realised i put this in the wrong forum but i dont know how to delete or move threads

it would be cheaper to buy a new one - - - around about £19.99
IF you could find a shop to repair the rod it would probably not flex properly again
