Thumbs up strange fish

I went out fishing today at North Berick and caught the strangest looking fish out!!

It had a square like face that went back to the tail getting slimmer an slimmer.
but it also had spike like a scorpian fish but it wasnt one of them!

Any ideas?

I was thinking a scorpian crossed with a weaver but a dont think that could happen!

I'm Jeffrey & very tickled to take part of this community.

This is a exhib about spammers who don't do their homework

he can't read this as I've banned him first

1/ he claims a Canadian origin with a pacific time zone without DST

2/ the website he put up originates in New Jersey (which is New York region USA)

The worse thing is he 's using google mail but that won't stop us closinghim down completely
just to show you what we mods and admin have to do to get rid of the dross that tries to pollute your forum

I completly understand.. I own a private fishing board here in Canada, before we went private ...the garbage you have to put up with is terrible, hence why we went private... keep up the good work

On a trip to St. Davids in Wales, I was fishing off the rocks and caught a fish of a similar discription to you, abit freaked out by it I tossed it back. When I got back I spoke to my Father who used to run boats out of Plymouth, and he told me it was a Gurnard, and that it was a mistake to put it back as they make beautiful eating.
