Smile Sea Fishing: The Seasons...

Hi guys, i have decided to add this thread, to help people with learning the best seaons for the fish they want to catch.

Bass - Mainly between April - December. Even more between May - Octobar. Even more between July - September.
Bream - Mainly between April - Octobar. Even more between May - September. Even more between June - July.
Brill - Mainly between April - Octobar. Even more between May - September. Even more between July - August.
Coalfish - Mainly any time of the year. Even more between January - April. Even more between November - December.
Cod - Mainly between Jaunuary - May. Even more between September - December.
Conger eel - Any time of the year. Mainly between April - December. Even more between July - November.
Dab - Any time of the year. Mainly between Febuary - Octobar.
Flounder - Any time of the year. Mainly between April - July, and then again between Octobar - December.
Garfish - Mainly between May - Septmember.
Haddock - Mainly between Janualry - May, and then again between Septmember - December.
Herring - Mainly between April - November.
Ling - All year - mainly between July - Octobar.
Mackerel - Mainly between April - November. Even more between May - September.
Mullet - Mainly between July - September.
Plaice - Mainly between April - December.
Pollack - Mainly between April - November.
Tope - Mainly between April - September.
Whiting - Mainly between January - April. Then again between September - December.
Wrasse - Mainly between April - December.

These are based on the monthly typical weather patterns that we have in the UK, although it may very due to breeding, temprature and climate

Thank you for this info.
This is really good to know as I have just started sea fishing and this will really help.
The only thing I would like to know is that are these times the same for where-ever you are in the UK? I live in Falmouth, Cornwall and would these be the same for there.

I would love it if you could either send me a PM or reply to the thread.
