I have just added 5 picture attachments to the main post. They are pictures of: ragworm, lugworm, sandeel, peeler crab and razor-shell.

I have also now added a fifth and final section near the bottom of the main post whitch is all about ''taking a gamble with your baits''.

sea bait depends entirely on the season

what i personnally use is

lug squid combos in the winter

in the summer im usally lure fishing when im not however i tend to use

prawn and shrimp, in late summer early autum i will switch to a live pouting or whiting or joey mackeral (if i can get hold of them)

hi there mate new on here just read your piece i use rag, lug, squid and mackeral i want to use crabs and other baits but just dont know what to do. one question im thinking of digging for my own bait can you give some info on that please.
