pond spinning

pond spinning. what sort of spinners would you use in a pond?

what kind of fish are in the pond?

pike + perch there the only fish in there interested in spinners but there are eel but i dunno if they bite but im mainly after pike

it all depends on the weather and water and temp etc...
Coloured water: Bright lure yellows or oranges.
Clear: Silver or blues
When its cold the fish will be lower in the water as it is warm there. Try a jig along the bottom.
Or try your lure near features

When lure fishing always start off with your smallest lures and then work up in size a pike can put not as interested if u straight off use a heavy weight

Or just stick a big deadbait on..lol

i tend to use goldfish as dead baits for them bigger fish.

A spinner is a basic lure really Arnie3 its an ovel shaped and turns quick when you reel in and flashes, it does all this off a swivel, pike like a good flash ! weehee..

so its like a fly is it..................i will have to look out for a spinner then bait bucket do any other fish take them
