Pike Fishing - Lincoln

Hello Lads,

Just wondered if anyone could give me any tips on where to go for pike in Lincoln and what lures to use, etc. I live on the witham bank about a mile from the town center and am spinning there for hours on end all the way from the brayford to the esso garage and getting nothing but small perch. Its costing me more than its worth in lost spinners and lures at the minute

Any tips on this topic or pike fishing in general would be greatly appreciated as im a newbie.
