Yeah - they are starting to recodnise the threats more and more - cause they'll spook nowadays on the littlest of wrong moves!

to be honest i would suspect the carp anglers ability pike in a lake do not really affect carp feeding unless the pike is hungry then bieng an ambush predator they lie in wait alot for the food to arrive i fish a small private lake with lots of big pike/carp and the carp feed happily all season i tend to think its the anti pike brigade again
