Hi all has anyone fished here lately I'm planing a trip next week and was wondering how it was fishing any info would be great thanks

yes i fish it every tuesday night on the evening match, what pond you on?
well for a start off its fishery feed pellet only, but thay do a bumper bag for £3 or a small bag for £1. bread punch has been working well on benson's,nooky and the lodge, as for the match lake paste, a light coloured pellet, corn,meat and white maggots if its really hard going then pinkies,
it is slow so be prepared to wait for a bite, feed little and often, did well last thursday but i did fish it for 8 hours solid. had a good mixed bag, ghost carp to 6lb,golden and normal tench,barbel to 3 lb and some skimmers all around the 8 oz to 1 lb mark.

it is worth doing the full day and fishing in to the dark, thats if your on the floodlight lakes.

Hi all went here on Mon 9th fished the match lake(larger lake) could only do 3 hrs due to prior commitment. it was busy with about ten anglers on be sides me and my bro we caught shed loads of fish on maggot pellet and corn the barble in here are turbo charged and fight like mad was surprised at the fishery own pellets as they seemed good quality and broke down well not like some Ive used else where

well just got sorted from the evening open, came 2nd of peg 5 with 15 lb dead, 1st was 16lb 1, then 3rd was 9 or 10 lb. i fished paste over hemp, then meat over hemp, only had 7 fish, 1 carp 2 nice tench and 4 barbel, am very happy with that i fished very well tonight,

Hi warrior 04 well done in the match mate
we had mainly skimmers and roach about 30 each, my bro had 5 barble I managed only 3 but had 2 more carp than him we both had about 10 to 15 lb ish didn't try paste will do next time. will try to get on one of the matches soon

Hi all not been out for a bit due to illness but back now.

went on fair tree match lake Sunday 5th April to fish our clubs annual get together match. I had a right mere nothing went right for first 2 hrs
then started catching some fish but damage was done.
the lad selling pellets did tell us due to the over night frost it would fish hard he was right every one struggled for first hour but then it warmed up and it came to life.

at least i didn't blank

20 lb plus won with high teens 4th

i have won it and came 2nd twice since my post mate, did 29 lb one week then dis 21 lb the week after, did 9 lb odd last week, but was hard going, see what tonight brings. and hope ure well.
