I think this has come up before on the site. Carp can be a range of colours from browns to silver to really very pale. It depends on there diet and the habbitat they have been living in. That said the only other carp i can think of other than a ghostie thats really very pale is the ornamental koi which have been introduced into many waters in recent times. Email me a picture i'll pm you my email address mate

I still think it is a Ghost carp...some are very pale almost white and do carry scales like a mirror carp....ghost carp come in all shades of colours from a golden yellow to a pale white

Hello

Hello

My name is Louise and I stumbled upon this great forum whilst looking to buy my new holiday accomodation. I am selling my fishing cabin and wish to re-locate.

I would be happy for any advice or information from anyone here as I am looking to re-locate to somewhere that would suit my young grandchildren but still allow me to fullfill my passion for fishing.

If anyone is interested I have made a blog about my current holiday residence that is for sale. It is called fishingcabin.blogspot.com/ please leave comments or advice.

Tight Lines!
