is fishing getting so big it could soon overtake the population of people playing football in the ukwhich i dont think has happend yet!.
I bet your all thinking that will never happen well so am i but more young children are getting into it.It will never be shown as much on telly as much as football or rugby but could more people in 5 years time be fishing more than people play football. If your Mum or dad are into fishing you are likely to turn into a fisherman as well and with the population rising could football be getting pushed in the shadows by fishing? I have only just started fishing and i am likely to enjoy it and yes i do play football and i am a big fan of manchester city but already i find fishing more exciting and more adrenaline pumping than football. I am not saying football is boring or fishing is fantastily active because it isnt sometimes you caould be their fo a day without a bite THE SIGN this morning i saw a fishing license advert on tv which shows that fishing is growing because before this morning i had never seen this advert and i do watch a lot of tv so could the population of fishing be growing incredily quick so could fishing becoming out of the shadows and into the spotlights and could there be more fishing tornies? <><keep on fishin'><>

Although I fish for my club weekdays and most weekends
I am still a season ticket holder forest Nottingham Forest Football club! I find football alot more exhilirating. Fishing is done more worldwide that football but uk alone, When saturday comes, I can imagine football would pip it The biggest football ground in the uk is 76 thousand people and there are also 2 or 3 over 50 thousand so to say around 300 thousand people watch football every saturday would be an understatement. I dont think that fishing will ever be a bigger sport than football, even though more people do fish than watch football. It will still be a better funded and more generally loved Sport My opinion Michael
