Disgorger

Can sombody please teach me how to use a disgorger or give me a link to a website showing how because i really want to become a pure fisher not an evil one that rips half of the fishes mouth

first you hook the end of disgorger onto the line whilst holding the line tight. Then follow the line down into the fishes mouth untill you reach the hook.Then push down even further so that the hook gets hooked to the disgorger then pull it out.


If the hook gets stuck and you cant get it out and you think the fish is neerly dead just cut the line it wont harm the fish with the hook inside it because all the chemicals inside the fishes stumach will disolve the hook.

It's also easier to do if you fish with barbless hooks or micro barbs
Lots of places now are specifying that you must use Barbless hooks

barbless is the only way to fish now even pike fishing i use barbless,,,,or when i'm fly fishing i use barbless

Some use barbs. I also agree with Tristan.
