urmm.... either buy a rig or make one up yourself,

tie it on the end

whip the line out with the bait of your choice...

and hope you get a bite

it would be best to have a rig about 4 metres long so all you have to do is lean the whip in the air straight up & grab the line ....unhook fish then whip the whip back out again etc etc
the whip does not need to be elasticated but with slightly larger fish of course this helps
if it has a metal ring you push the loop through the hole & then thread the rig through the loor in line

Smile how to whip fish

if you wish to start whip fishing you will need
1. a whip
2. a pole rig*
3. some bait
First attatch a pole rig.To attatch a pole rig push back the rubber on the pole tip and slip line into slit, push rubber forward an you're ready to fish.add bait to hook, lift pole and lower/swing whip into water and wait for bite .

*to make pole rig use a rod and reel to measure depth at chosen swim eg if float to hook length is 1.5 meters make line langth 2meters. cut length of line and attatch hook, float and necessary shot ,add loop at top end of line and you're done .
