New Starter

Alrite, im goin 2 start goin fishing agen in the spring i need to buy new equipment i havn't been fishing since i was 16 and i never used to catch much just little fish like roach and perch. There are so many fishing methods i don't no wer to start I want to fish for fairly decent size fish such as carp and tench and quite enjoy float fishing. Can anybody tell me what the best thing would be to do like what equipment to buy and what tackle and bate because at the moment im confused haha. Thanks

you can get some very good rods and real deals from dragon carp direct, you can get 2 rods and 2 reals for £30, then all you need is line which you can get from any tackle shop or from the same place as the rods, you could also get a margin pole for around £30 normaly around 6 meters, and ar capable of holding on to some of the big lumps in any pond. people use alsorts for bait these days, prawns, squid rings, pellets, paste, then ure maggots, bread, meat, corn, hemp. all depends on the day and the venue. hope this helped?
