New to flyfishing, could use some advice on tackle
Hi There,
Now that we're finally having some good weather over here in Kent, I've decided to try a spot of fly fishing. As I'm new to the sport, I have no idea what kit I would need. The only fishing tackle I have is a cheap rod and reel that I got from Tesco a few years back. I am looking at buying from the Friendly Fisherman as they seem to have quite a decent selection of fly fishing tackle. Does anyone have experience with them? What should I be looking at? Cheers Dave |

Sorry Dave wrong part of Country for me but for fly fishing I'd suggest you find someone who does lessons as it is not an easy skill to learn at first

im thinking off starting fly fishing as well, so far that ive been adviced 6 to 7 weight rod with matching reel and fly line also backing line to atach the fly line to the reel and a leader to attach to the top end fly line to attach to the fly.
