River Trent, Nottinghamshire Stretchs

As Title,

Thought i would start a thread about this area on the trent and as i learn about new places i can add them and so can other people.

Nottinghamshire Stretch Map CLICKY

Stoke Bardolph/ Burton Joyce :

Known for big Barbel, Bream, Chub.. in front of pub by water outlet is good, bends on the field up stream are good but they are under lock and key you can get a key ffrom the lock keeper up the field for about £5.
Day Ticket = Still to see a Bailif

Gunthorpe :

Again as above all the normal river fish hard to fish below the wier(East Bridgeford Side) as it Notts Anglers Association unless your a member, Gunthorpe side is fishing below the lock on day ticket off the gravel banks.
Also East Bridgeford side of the bridge can be fished right below the bridge on day ticket.
Day Ticket = around £3

Hoveringham :

Day ticket, big big barbel water record 14lb seen on the bank this year, strick no night fishing.
Day Ticket = £3.50

Fiskerton :

Another big barbel and club location casting 3/4 over on halibut pelet.
Day ticket from the post office about £3 but £5 on the bank.

to find the place heading from Bleasby... head out of Bleasby Village you will come to a sharpe left follow he road for about one min you will go through some bends.. look for the second lane on the right(dirt track) follow it to the end and park in the car park then walk to the bank about a min walk.
