New fisher and exited to get started, hello to all

hello to all,
i have always fancied course fishing, but due to working around the world never got to actually do it.
i have just got advice from a few angler friends on what kit to get,so for now i am going for a starter outfit and slowly buy the other items.
i will be truthful i wouldn't know how to put a hook on or set up floats etc so i am looking forward to learning from friends and you guys.
i have a lake near by and it has roach, bream, perch, chub and i think a limited ammount of carp.
i have just put a bid in on Ebay for a 5 drawer fishing seat box so i am getting exited.
off to read up on the forum, so many thanks for reading this.
regards,
Brian

billy, i am away up to pick our lass up from Hadston where she's from in about an hours time. I am originally from the toon but have lived up the coast at beadnell,Seahouses and Hadston i have seen a few starter kits on the net.many thanks for telling me about yours.
your coarse starter kit is exactly the same as one i looked at except a slight difference in the accessories.
i have beachcast about 4-5 times with 4 of my pals up home mainly off Hadston,Amble and surrounding areas, the rigs were already set up by them and the kit borrowed to me.infact al give them ya link always bisiness your way.
i will catchya all soon,i feel my pal will have me out tomorrow fishin now i have really got into it.
take care.
