Hi and welcome! The basics are all you need! When buying a seat box you must get it from a shop or at least try it in a tackle shop before buying on the net to make sure you like the feel and it supports your weight. Map do some great starter poles (nothing over 11 meters though).
I would say it's best for you to take the pole that you choose in to a tackle shop and get them to elasticate if for you as it requires cutting back of the expensive top kits and if not done correctly can cost you a pb fish. I am sure they won't mind you watching to learn how to do this in future. Having a pole rest, roost is also a must to keep your top kits off the ground and out of harms way. The rest will help when it come to loose feeding if you are a beginner with the pole it's not easy to hold and catapult with just one loose hand. if there is anything else I can help with pm me.

if you had 2 3mile poles 1 with bucket of water 1 with pole rig+web cam, you cuold fish at your local pool from a bedroom window.
