Does anyone know how to make a good pole rig?

i bought a pole in france lastyear for the equivlant of £150 not used it for a year cananyone send me in the right direction

what float to use on the pole i found the hardest ????? i have only pole fished a few times & got some good cheap ones of ebay to try out.

yeah them of ebay are ok, i normaly just change the hook for one of my prefared
pattens, then away you go. its better to get them and adjust them rather than to start making up ure own if your just getting started.

i have bid and won 10 pole riggs for £5 and what size hooks shall i change them to ?

i normaly change them for the same size hook but a better make like Kamasan Animal hooks.
