air injected worms

i am going to a new fishery where the best tactic to use is air ainjected worms but i have no idea what needle to use or how to do it or how to set my rig up?all info massively appreciated

You can buy syringes at tackle shops (As a nurse I KNOW they are insulin style syringes) very small amounts of air are needed it's better to put in three or four bubbles rather than try to blow it up in one go

unless you want to pop up the tail of the worm (the flat end of a lob is the tail)or in red worms the end farthers away from the Cloaccae or mantle

Only thing i would add to this is BE CAREFUL because it is dangerous if you inject your self with air it would be the last thing you do always make sure you do it on a flat surface with your fingers away from the point of the needle

apologies if this sounds dumb but how can you die from injecting say a finger or your hand with air?

It can cause a air bubble in your blood stream and that in turn can go straight to your heart causing heart failure,it is one reason you see doctors or nurses getting all air out of the syringe BEFORE they inject you
