well when i was there last year they had really thin rods, and mine was too thick for the smaller bites, i couldnt see them good enough ...

If you still havn't found one try "DragonCarp" it's realy cheap and do some great deals. They are always advertised in Anglers Mail I find it very good for rod deals.

I feel that i should put in my two penneth here in defense of the rod ,Had my biggest Barbel to date (14lb 13 oz) and loads of chub , eels and other Barbel up to 7 1/2 lbs and it performed very well and that is with an 8lb line.I keep it on the boat so it needed to be reasonably cheap in case it got stolen. regards coldte |
