Groundbaits

Help please there are so many different groundbaits with so many different names i dont know which one to pick!

can anybody tell me a good allrounder that will do the job on rivers and soon to be lakes? i will be using cage feeders and inline methods

Just get some plain brown crum, and grind up some halibut pellets

A mix i use for tench, which is a bit more complicated, is

kilo brown crum
200grams molasses meal
1/2 kilo fruity groundbait
250grams ground halibut
use corn juice / csl to mix it

I've done a couple articles on feeder fishing in the articles section if its mianly the feeder your going to be using

For lakes with carp,bream and tench etc. I find method mix works a treat for these fish and the smaller ones are also drawn in

go to hinders and buy some of there groundbaits, it's damn good stuff.

have you got any unneeded pellets? if so, soak it overnight and put it on the sieve. use flour to less the 'paste' and then sieve it again for very fine grains
