Banned baits - trout pellets, bloodworm, joker, boilies, nuts

You are also not allowed to use floating baits or cereal baitsthis is off their website.
i would use maggots for the tench and probaly the carp aswell. i caught some nice double figure carp on maggot, and some nice tench too.

Bag Up Pellets, Felix Tuna & Shrimp cat food and good old fashioned bread are recommended on their site.
Its now reached the time of year when the sport gets a bit harder so spice up your maggots with a touch of tumeric curry powder & warm up the fish and the action !!
hope this helps

I've been there, i live near - i cant really explain where a good peg is, its like you go in through a little gate and turn right and its in that first corner.

Im not sure if its the best on the lake, but its a good un.

Also if you turn left and you do pole fishing, theres a great peg with trees overhead, i saw a guy and he was pulling decent fish out for fun.

Hope this helps!
