Daiwa Hydro Elastic

Can anyone shed some light on this problem??

I am thinking of using some Daiwa Hydro in one of my top kits but i am not sure how to install it. I have installed the normal type of elastic before but one of the lads from work has just told me he thinks there are special connectors as the elastic is full of liquid.

If this is true do the connectors come with the elastic or do i have to buy them seperate???

Any advice would be gratefully received
