Whats best at this venue

I know it sounds anoying me keep on going on about this fishery and if i am sorry. but what looks like the best method to catch the carp and tench on these pools at foxhills in aldridge birmingham

the bottom pool
Has quite a few carp in going up to huge sizes but the average being 5lbver
a food head of tench averaging 2.5lb but going upto 6
with the odd chub barbel and crucian with thousands of silvers

the top pool
has loads of carp averaging 4-5lb with the biggest fish being a 32lb common!
A medium amount of tench dont know the sizes
odd barbel chub and millions of silvers lol
