Thats cleared up a lot for me. Thanks.

But do the other elastics vary much? i have a Middy Rythm Stikk And not sure what elastic make etc is in the tops, but rating 20 would be around the same from most companies right?

thanks

all elastics are about the same, the guide is just for a rough idea, just make sure you have the right line for the elastic, some hollow elastics are rated say 10-12 or 10-14 so what you do is get a line that is suitable for a 14's but with a the thinist diameter you can get away with.
