Dudmaston hall tench

Just thought i'd type one of my fishing adventures as i am immensely bored

About 6 weeks ago fished an estate lake at dudmaston hall in shropshire its full of tench rudd roach perch pike and eels with the tench running to 9lb with the average being 3-5lb never caught one below. a busy day is 2 anglers and thats on a 25 acre lake. i fished the groundbait feeder while my uncle fished the pole at 13m i was fishing in about12ft of water he was in rougly 6. he balled in 4 balls. i was fishing with corn and meat he was fishing with expanders and corn. before you know it both of our swims were like jacuzis . they were snaggy swims he was fishing with black hydro he lost 12 fish shows the fight of tench. the polaris sidewinder and kept on wizzing around and the float kept going under. we were fighting over the net . after a jampacked day wait for it. we had 57 tench no less than 2.5lb each

Supppose its just one of those boring days. probably wont go again until next summer now tench sport seems to die off abit . hopefull having a crack at foxhills for the tench . the fishing was absolutely superb its just today what was boring

If you want to have a better look at he lakes search Kinver Freeliners Angling Club and go on the big pool look at the secenry its amazing

Youll never find a better tench water . i believe anyway. it wont produce record breakers but the fish in there are in excellent condition and plently of them

Thanks for the link and the offer but i only sea fish as you may have seen already although some other members might want to take it up?

Oh - and i could never get bored on hear - there is always messages, threads and posts to view and mabey reply to! Although i enjoy it!
And of course i especilly have to check the sea fishing forum's new posts!
