You can get what you need from a good local tackle shop a lot cheaper and you will get good advice too You can get a single rod/reel combo for £20 a cheap set of 3 alarms for £10 and pod for £19.99 and don't forget your un-hooking mat and large net head you won't get those ESSENTIAL pieces of kit in a starter kit Where do you live ?? if you are in Lincolnshire there's a good shop in Ingoldmells - Used Tackle

the only thing i will say is dont go to cheap on rod and reels fox do a really good range of cheap rods and witchwood reals r very good and excellent value 4 money if u spend a little more u will find u wont need to upgrade so soon tight lines
