The Sea Fishing Forum...

Hi. This is dunners. I know that a lot of you don't get the oppurtunity to go sea fishing, i didn't, until i tried it in Cornwall last month, and now i love it!
Be sure that if you ever get the oppurtununity to go sea fishing, go for it!

Josh et al
you must realise that you are priveleged to live near the sea

I personally live 100 miles from the North Sea and 98 miles from the Irish Sea so if I want to go sea fishing I have to plan

Starting with
Fuel costs working at 35 miles to the gallon towing the caravan
tides times when I am not at work
where I can pitch my caravan
where I can park for a reasonable length of time for a good price
where I can get FRESH bait from
where I can eat
and for some places how far away is the nearest hospital (I sometimes need medical attention for a dicky ticker)

So much as I LOVE sea fishing it has to become a holiday too so have to accomodate SWMBO too

So I throw a challenge
Remember I have a Spinal injury and can't lug tackle too far

Find me a TOURING caravan site near each of your towns to put in my to visit list
or if you live like I do inland find me one in Llandudno

REMEMBER I have a touring caravan I'm not looking to hire a static

Oh right, thanks, i'll remember that! Yeah, i'm glad to see it helped a bit, and good luck if you do come down!
I THINK the top one i posted is only a short walk from the sea. But as of your spinal injury, i'm sure you'll not want to carry all of your gear down to the beach! Yeah, good luck, anyway, let me know if you want any more info!

Oh - that's good! Lucky for you! Of course being in Cornwall i'm surrounded by the coast but i still have to travel a couple of miles to get to my nearest beach.
