He's right you know, you can just put your rod in a bucket! If mine's jamed, i extend it and give it a good wrinse in the shower with warm, sopey water. Tell me, why do you keep posting a load of random stuff, bass king!

They are both right, you might be able to fit your reel in a bucket but not your rod, silly! If you have a jamed telescopic rod, try extending it as much as possible, and then put a little bit of vaseline on the rod. Leave it in their overnight, and by morning, it should be smooth to pull out. Then just wrinse off the vaseline with warm water and dry.
