Good bag of carp

Went fishin on the 22nd of feb 2008 at a free lake. Went with a friend and both of us are 15. We put are gear down in a swim and was immediatley confronted by 3 men tellin us where we could and could not cast. They were carp fishing at 1 end of the lake but had cast there 9 rods all over the place. We decided it wasnt worth the hassle to argue with them so went around the other end of the lake and found a nice spot where we were sheltered from the wind. 20 minutes in and i had a 9lb carp in the net. Carried on the day fishing well to end up with 6 carp to 11lb and 9lb of skimmers. 63lb all together. Went back round the other end of the lake to find the 3 men still there with not a fish to show between them. We had 6 carp on 1 rod and they had nothing on 9 rods. This just goes to show it is all about location.
