What Pole???

i have just started fishing again after a couple of years break, and sold my pole not long ago not thinking i would get back in to it. so i was just wondering if anyone has any ideas of a decent pole to buy. it will be mainly be used on canals and lookin to spend a max of about 400 quid. cheers in advance.

Although if you are willing to spend a bit more the better pole is the Maver Ascension which is quiet a lot from a shop but you can get them for about £350-£400 on ebay.
