tackle swivels help what sizes?

hello guys,
since joninig the forum the other week, i have practically gone balistic on Ebay etc. buying kit so no doubt when it all arrives i will have a few duplicate items. i got so involved in it i didn't realise exactly how much i was spending.
i am looking at swivels can any one advise on what sizes, i am looking at size 8 and 10. please any other help with items for the rigs.
i have done a search first but couldn't find any help.

Errrr I tend to judge by eye what I need but 99% of the time I buy snap swivels and look for 20lb opening pressure

Yeah, when I need swizels, I go look in the tackleshop and get the size that looks right, not to small, and not to big, but big enough to be able to thread line through it and stuff

THIS is a subject you could go on about for ever and never agree however i think it all depends on what tactics you are using i tend to go as small as i dare especially in the winter when the fish are a lot harder to catch .
