Sit in a pub

wait for warmer weather

DON'T use any form of meat or fish oil until the weather warms up as the carp can't digest it in colder water

No Whiskey is what you drink when you're fishing for Bream

Whisky is Salmon

This is how you carp fish

i find paste is quite good in the winter months for carp....i tend to have sonmething very smelly & more visual
but carp are always hard at the moment ...so good luck

whisky paste
ground trout pellets & whisky
100ml water & add total of 25 ml of whisky. stir into ground bait & let it absorb the liquid

good luck

use exotic flavours like turmeric, curry powder, sprinkled onto some maggots.

riddle maggots first then dust with spice & a little maize flour leave for 10 minutes then riddle them again ......they are then ready to fish with.
good luck

sit it out, either like madcaravanner said in the pub. or you could try a small method feeder and a simple bait like corn or dead maggot. just depends what size fish are in there.would not comment if your after big carp boilies and all that stuff ive not got a clue, not my idea of fun sitting out for days ,but hey each to there own!!!!!!!
