HELP!!!!

Been using this stuff and it's so soft that it falls off the hair rig as soon as a fish sucks it had umpteen single cheeps from my alarms today and for the first time in 3 years I've blanked on the pond I was fishing


Any suggestions for getting it to stay on the hair better

use it with a tiny slither of pepperami stick only 1mm thick it gives something or the hair stop and meat to hold on to and stopps it coming off
