catching them?

how can i catch carp? every time i go fishing on my loacal coarse and carp lake all i seam to catch is roach rud perch and small tench how do i get the carp to come in to my swim.

Well carp have BIG BIG mouths so use 2 bits of sweet corn on the hook or a hair rig also try fishing on the lake bed. Ask if you want to know some more

yeh loads on cat meat! also i got my personal best 5LB 11oz on cage feeder and duble red maggot. for my 14 b'day i got a maver reality pole so i am looking for tips on cold water carping!!!!!!!!
