Rig problem!
I have recently tried a no fuss quick and easy rigging up method. I would make rigs of various sizes for various feeding methods at home in the warm, dry, comfort of my own home. Using an 8ld main line i would tie a loop in the end to which i could clip the pre made rigs. The problems i faced were that the main line and the 6lb hook lengths were frequently snapping and the links were giving way. From these experiences i have decided to scrap the link system and use main line straight through and go from there. would this be sensible and what hooklengths and mainlines should i be using? and is braid any good as i have never used it?
cheers.
