reels

hi im deciding wether or not to purchase these reels i think there a right bargain 2 shakespeare reels plus 2 spare spool and 300m or 15lb shimano line
heres the link 2 X SHAKESPEARE 6000 BAIT RUNNER REELS + SHIMANO LINE on eBay, also Reels, Coarse Fishing, Fishing, Sporting Goods (end time 18-Nov-08 19:30:00 GMT) sorry its soo long hope it works and tell me if you think there sutaible for carp fishing?

They are Carp reels
but have a look at the auctions you may find the identical reels going cheaper if you are lucky or some other baitrunners for less

check out your local tackle shops too AND the carbooters we have one near me on a Sunday where a dealer stands and he is around10-15% cheaper than some local shops (Climax)

ok thanks for the info ive priced these exact reels on a different website at £18 each so thats £36 the pair + the p&p and that price on ebay includes postage and 300m of line
so but i would just like to know weather shakespeare are good for reels and fishing equip as a hole

Shakespeare have been around for very long time like Diawa and Leeda at one time those werethe only names you found and 20 years ago all my reels were Shakies as were half my rods (the others being hand made)

Hi Elliot. I agree witrh Gray - Shakespere have been around for a long time and almsot all of my fishing gear is Shakespere!

thanks for all the info guys really apriciate it hadn't really heard much about shakespeare, made me thaught it wasn't very popular, everyone is saying go with shimano
