just started fishing need tips and hints on how to catch more carp

12lb carp. Fish a relatively small lake, one that is known fo float fishing pref.

Float fish on maggot, worm, bread. Any selection of your choice. Don't heavily groundbait, introduce small feeding of slected bait.

Wait for carp.
