Wink A Member Asked Me...

Q: I need to know how to ''pull in the slack'' when landing my fish - can you help me with that?
A: Sure! This involes a bit of tireing the fish and striking the rod and is - i find - the best and most reliable way to sucsessfully land a fish. Pull the tip of the rod upwards or sidewards - but not as sharply as a full strike. Then bring it back in front of you, and whilst your doing so - reel in the slack. This will slowly bring the fish in but effectivly. When the fish is just a few meters away - just reel it in as normal - quickly but not too quickly. For more great ways on how to land your fish - take a look at this thread i added: The Best Ways To Land Your Fish...

Thank you for your question!

DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION?
If so - why not ask me? I have answered the top 12 most FAQ's on here, but if you have a question for me about any prospect of sea fishing - please do feel free to add it to this thread in a reply or private message me. Good luck!
