The Guide To A Begginer On Buying A New Sea Fishing Kit...
Hi guys. I have decided to add this thread - to help begginers decided for themselves what he best starter tackle is for them.
What Make Of Tackle?
Most makes of sea fishing tackle are quite reliable. Although i personnaly find Shakespere to be the most reliable of all the big tackle suppliers.
What Eqwiptment Will I Need?
For sea fishing - you will obviously NEED a good rod and reel. You will also NEED hooks, line (main-line and trace), swivels, beads and a float or weight - it depends on weather you want to float fish or leger.
It is also good to have a discourger, tape measure and/or scales and a cloth for handling the fish.
What Will It Cost?
For a good first starter kit - your looking for around between £20 - £40. You can get them a bit cheaper - but you want value for money.
So What Shall I Do Now?
Look around in any local fishing shops - and on the websites of he big brands. Things are ussaly chaeper online but be carefull! Make sure you trust the brand name! As i said - Shakespere are really good. Compare the prices, apperance and valuce. If you're allowed - take the rod out of it's box and have a feel - to see if it's strong and sturdy.
I hope this information helps!
