Yes
but try Red worm rather than Lobworm (earthworms from the garden) you should be able to get 3-4 on a 12 hook and of course if you can get Brandling worms they are even better as the juices they chuck out attract Perch

Brandling is a red worm with yellow stripes that oozes a yellow liquid
