i think to have a good fishery you need:
to reguarly stock fish,
hold matches (not to many tho)
disabled pegs and good paths,
a car park ( a space for each peg),
toilets,
a tackle shop is always handy,
a breeding spot for the fish(which is not aloud to be fished)
and keep the day tickets cheap,
as it puts many people off fishing there,
ect ect
