Put your Education first so in the week matches will be out of you time zone,many matches are held at weekends with sundays being the main day.
Practise at venues are rare because of the venues you might fish the only way you can learn is by fishing some of them in the match and keep a record of the methods,weather,bait ect plus it is almost certain that someone at the club will know the venue and give you some advice.
Travel is always a big problem if you dont drive,you would have to be relient on your parents or friends or members for lifts but if you offer them a little towards the petrol money i think it could be done with little problems.
