Hi I am a new member and i can not find anywhere to say hello and introduce myself but that is because i am a numpty most of the time
I am still looking at the site so i can not comment on everything yet but what i have seen looks good,i know only too well about the need to keep your eyes open for spammers having my own site and all and being a moderator on a few more before giving them up.
It is not a easy job as some think and your spot on with your rules some sites are not strong enough with rules and get into all kinds of problems some spammers are getting a little clever(so they think)and are posting a few posts first then creeping in the ads later thought i might let you know that and ALL new members have to kept a eye on for some time and that means ME
